El placer de jubilarse: programa de preparación para la jubilación

Abstract

Desde hace muchos años la jubilación y sus consecuencias para los trabajadores y su entorno más cercano ha sido un problema palpable, con diversas connotaciones negativas conocidas por la sociedad y que a día de hoy, siguen afectando en la aceptación de dicho acontecimiento. Es por ello que, como precursores de la salud y de la educación deberemos preocuparnos, a través de un programa de educación para la salud, de conseguir el máximo bienestar de las personas jubiladas y su entorno, así como de ofrecer el apoyo que se necesita en estas situaciones nuevas para todo individuo

For a long time, retiremet and the people who bear the brunt has been a touchable problem, with several negative points which take place in our society, and nowadays they are still affecting to the acceptation of this happening. That´s why, as health and education precursors, we should worry about, (thorugh an education health program) to achieve the highest well-being in retirement people and their surroundings, at the same time that we offer the support which everyone need to face these new situations
