dc.description.abstractThis work is framed in the context on the degree on Industrial Engineering technologies more specifically at the mention of industrial electronics coursed in the Public University of Navarre (UPNA). This recent study is developed in a program of practices in companies that the University offers for students that are coursing the last year of their degree. Experienced lived during these 4 months (the practice period) allows students go deeply into a specific sector resembling the work done to a possible future employment. I have made this work in the National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER) which focuses its lines of work on the development and cost decreases of Renewable energies technologies. More concretely, the activities have been developed in the Solar Thermal department of CENER. This work is intended to serve the company for a later study in the framework of solar resource estimation and forecasting, that nowadays is at an early stage of research and a wide development is expected, therefore it pretends to be an initial base for a longer study that the company will undertake in the coming yearses_ES
