Análisis del sistema de sugerencias de Volkswagen Navarra S.L.

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es, en primer lugar, explicar de qué se trata el sistema de sugerencias de Volkswagen Navarra y ver cómo se articula, cual es el proceso desde que un trabajador presenta una sugerencia de mejora hasta que éste recibe la respuesta sobre si es buena o no su propuesta. Por otra parte, el objetivo principal del trabajo será ver cómo influyen algunas características del trabajador (género, edad, categoría de trabajo…) a la hora de participar en el sistema, presentar sugerencias viables que aporten ahorros, el número de sugerencias que presenta y los ahorros de sus sugerencias. Para ello se van a utilizar una serie de técnicas estadísticas y econométricas que nos den las respuestas

On one hand, the aim of this work is to explain how the suggestion system of Volkswagen Navarra is and how it is articulated. In addition, the project has the purpose of illustrating how the submission process of suggestions is, since a worker presents an improvement idea until, he/she receive a response about if his/her proposal is or not a good one. On the other hand, the main objective of this final degree project will be to see how some attributes of the worker (gender, age, job category…) affect the access to participation in the system, the presentation of feasible suggestions that provide savings, the number of suggestions presented and the savings generated by the submission of suggestions. For this purpose some statistical techniques as well as econometric ones will be used
