1415, con Fernando I como rey de Aragón, se preparó y desarrolló, por fin, su viaje de vuelta a Navarra, donde se había convertido en heredera del trono. Blanca of Navarre, queen of Sicily since her marriage with Martin of Aragon, became a widow in 1409. Since that moment she stayed in the island governing it under the rule of the Crown of Aragon. In 1415, with Ferdinand I
as king of Aragon, she was finally relieved of the charge. The trip back to Navarre, where she was the successor by then, was prepared and carried out.
This paper studies the trip of the queen, for which we count on an extraordinary document which permits, together with other sources, to recreate the negotiations previous to the depart and the whole trip, with its different vicissitudes, sometimes essential in order to understand the political contexts of the moment.
