Mejora de la ejecución de ensayos estáticos y de fatiga sobre elementos de suspensión

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado consiste en la mejora de la ejecución de ensayos estáticos y de fatiga sobre manguetas pertenecientes al sistema de suspensión de tipo McPherson en vehículos ligeros. Inicialmente se ha realizado un estudio teórico riguroso del funcionamiento del sistema de suspensión de un automóvil y los distintos elementos que lo componen. Además se ha desglosado la consecución y finalidad de los ensayos estructurales. Seguidamente se ha establecido como identificar una mangueta, a través de un diseño conceptual se ha explicado la disposición real en un vehículo y se han recreado las condiciones de contorno en un banco de ensayo a través del software de diseño CATIA v5. Posteriormente se ha desarrollado un ensayo estructural pasando por montaje, calibración, puesta a punto y obtención final de adquisiciones para su análisis posterior.

This end-of-degree Project consists in the improvement of the execution of static and fatigue tests on Steering knuckles that belong to the suspension system of the McPherson type in light vehicles. Initially a rigorous theoretical study of the operation of the suspension system of a car and the different elements that make it up has been carried out. In addition, the achievement and purpose of structural tests have been explained. Next, it has been established how to identify a Steering knuckle, through a conceptual design the actual disposition in a vehicle has been explained and the boundary conditions have been recreated in a test bench through the CATIA v5 design software. Finally, a structural test was carried out, including assembly, calibration, tuning and acquisitions for further analysis.
