Sektorearen analisi estrategikoa: turismo aktiboa Nafarroan

Abstract

Nire graduko azken lana izan da, sektore turistikoko merkatua aztertzea, konkretuko Nafarroako turismo aktibokoa, nire ustez sektorea hau, gazteentzako lan merkatuan aukera hona izan daitekeelako eta honekin lotuta sarrera iturri bat ere izan daiteke, Nafarroan turismo mota hau ez baitago oso garatua oraingoz. Horretarako egin dudana da, analizatu ingurune orokorra, kanpoko ingurunea eta sektorearen barruko analisia, graduan zehar ikastiko hainbat tresna eta kontzeptuak erabiliz. Lehenik eta behin Nafarroako turismo aktiboaren analisi orokorra egin dut eta ondoren kanpo analisia egin dut PESTEL tresna erabiliz, sektorearen barruko analisia egiteko aldiz Porterren bost indarrak erabili ditut. Baita ere, ze nolako aukera edo mehatxuak egon daiteke turismo mota honetan foru erkidegoan turismo mota honetako enpresa bat garatzerako orduan. Azkenik, lortutako konklusioak aipatu ditut Nafarroako turismo aktiboari dagokionez

The present dissertation consists of an analysis of the tourism sector market. More specifically, I will talk about the active tourism in Navarre, because I think it can be a great employment opportunity, as well as an interesting source of income, considering that this type of tourism isn`t very developed in our region. With this objective, I have made an external and internal analysis, taking advantage of the different tolls that I have learnt during my grade. Firstly, I have studied the tourism sector of Navarre in a general way. The tool I have used to execute the external analysis is PESTEL, while I believe that is more appropriate to use Porter’s five force model for the internal analysis. I have also studied the opportunities and/or threats that this type of tourism could bring to the autonomous community, and to the choice of developing a company dedicated to the active tourism. To finish, I have incorporated the conclusions that I have obtained from this study of the active tourism in Navarre
