Abstract

En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se identifican las principales características del crowdfunding y tiene como objetivo comprender el funcionamiento y las causas de su desarrollo, para lo cual es necesario realizar un recorrido por las distintas nociones de esta materia. Este estudio pretende analizar los motivos por los que ha surgido este nuevo método de financiación, el proceso que se debe seguir para poder obtener financiación mediante esta vía, las diferentes plataformas existentes a nivel nacional y las principales a nivel internacional, las características de regulación surgidas y su comparación por países. Además, este trabajo incluye el estudio de la situación actual del crowdfunding en el ámbito nacional y regional, a través del análisis de los resultados de las encuestas realizadas a plataformas de crowdfunding nacionales y una entrevista en profundidad realizada a un proyecto local desarrollado en Navarra y financiado a través de este método.

The following Final Grade Project deals with the main features of crowdfunding and aims to understand its functioning and the causes of its development, for which it is necessary to go over the various notions of this subject. The present study aims to analyze the reasons this new method of financing has emerged, the process to be followed in obtaining financing through this route, and the various national and the major international platforms that currently exist. It also compares the characteristics of emerging regulations in various countries. In addition, it performs a study of the current situation in this area, consisting of a series of surveys of various platforms and national crowdfunding an interview with a local project in Navarra financed thanks to this method of financing.
