Sarrera: Mikrobiota baginala osatzen duten mikroorganismoaren osaerak, emakumearen
osasunean eragin handia dauka. Probiotikoak, ostalariaren osasunerako onurak eragiten
dituzten mikroorganismo biziak dira eta mikrobiota baginalean aldaketak sor ditzakete.
Helburua: Probiotikoek emakumearen mikrobiotan eta honen osasunean daukaten eragina
ezagutzea.
Metodologia: Berrikuspen bibliografikoa egiteko PubMed eta Google Académico
metabilatzaileak eta CINAHL, Medline, Cochrane eta SciElo datu-baseak erabili dira.
Artikuluen hautaketarako barneratze eta kanporatze irizpideak ezarri ziren.
Emaitzak: Probiotikoek giza mikrobiotan duten eragin handia ikusita, hauek, baginosi
bakterianoan (BB), bulbobaginitis kandidiasikoan (BBK), mastitisean eta haurdunaldian
duten eragina aztertu duten entseguak ikustatu dira. Alde batetik, probiotikoek BBaren eta
BBKaren sendaketan eragina daukatela esan daiteke. Hala ere, zenbait ikerketek, dosia,
pauta edo beste ezaugarri bat dela eta, ez dute onurarik erakutsi, horregatik, beharrezkoa da
honen inguruan ikerketa gehiago egitea ondorio sendoagoak lortzeko. Beste alde batetik,
probiotikoek mastitisaren prebentzioan eta tratamenduan eragin handia dutela ikusi da.
Baina, berriz ere, beharrezkoak dira ikerketa gehiago hau baieztatzeko. Azkenik,
haurdunaldiaren inguruko ikerketen emaitzek, probiotikoek zenbait eragin dituztela erakutsi
dute: mikrobiotaren garapenean, infekzio bulbobaginalen tratamenduan, gertaera
gastrointestinaletan, alergenoen sentsibilizazioan, ekzemaren garapenean eta odoleko
glukosaren kontzentrazioan.
Ondorioa: Probiotikoek giza mikrobiotan eragina dute, hala ere, kontzeptu berria da eta
honen inguruan ikerketa gehiago egin behar dira infekzio bulbobaginaletan, mastitisean eta
haurdunaldian duten eragin zehatza baieztatzeko. [--]

Introduction: The microorganisms that compose the vaginal microbiota have a great impact
on women's health. Probiotics are living microorganisms with benefits on the host and can
produce changes in the vaginal microbiome.
Objective: To understand the impact of probiotics on women's health.
Methodology: To carry out the bibliographic review we used the meta browsers Pubmed
and Google Scholar and the data from CINAHL, Medline, Cochrane and SciElo databases.
Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to select the articles.
Results: Given the great influence of probiotics on the microbiome, several trials have been
analyzed to study their efficacy in bacterial vaginosis (BV), candidiasic vulvovaginitis (CVV),
mastitis and pregnancy. On the one hand, it could be said that probiotics are effective in the
treatment of BV and CVV. However, in some trials, given the dose, the instructions or for
other reasons, no benefit has been seen. Therefore, more trials are needed to have clearer
conclusions. On the other hand, probiotics have been shown to influence the treatment and
prevention of mastitis. But, once again, more trials are needed to confirm these conclusions.
Finally, the results of the analyzed pregnancy trials show several benefits of probiotics in the
development of the microbiota, treatment of vulvovaginal infections, gastrointestinal
problems, sensitivity to allergens, development of eczema and blood glucose concentration.
Conclusion: Probiotics have a great influence on the human microbiome, however, it is a
new strategy and more studies are needed to see the true effects on vulvovaginal infections,
mastitis and pregnancy. [--]
