Hizkuntza ezberdinen ikaskuntza Nafarroan. Elebitasunetik eleaniztasunera

Abstract

Actualmente, el bilingüismo está cobrando gran importancia tanto en nuestra sociedad como en otras muchas sociedades del resto del mundo, ya que en estas se emplean más de un idioma. Un claro ejemplo de ello es la Comunidad Foral de Navarra. En dicha comunidad son dos los idiomas hablados (el euskera y el castellano) con el fin de lograr alumnos y alumnas bilingües. A parte del bilingüismo, teniendo en cuenta que hoy en día cada vez son más las personas que aprenden más de una lengua, podríamos hablar de que se está dando un importante paso hacia el multilingüismo. Partiendo de la base de que la lengua es la herramienta o el recurso más importante que tenemos los humanos para relacionarnos e interaccionar con los demás, analizaré la enseñanza y el aprendizaje tanto del bilingüismo como del multilingüismo, sobre todo en Navarra. Junto con esto, realizaré una investigación a diversos niños navarros con educación bilingüe, con el fin de analizar sus competencias lingüísticas y el desarrollo de estas. Además contamos con entrevistas a padres y madres de alumnos bilingües, en las cuales podemos comprobar las diferentes opiniones y puntos de vista acerca de este tema.

Gaur egun, gure gizartean eta baita beste gizarte askotan ere elebitasunak duen garrantzia handia da. Izan ere, mundu osoko gizarte askotan hizkuntza bat baino gehiago hitz egiten dira. Horren adibide argia, beste herrialde batzuekin batera, Nafarroa dugu. Foru Erkidego honetan, gaztelania eta euskara aldi berean ikasten dira, ikasle elebidunak lortzeko helburuarekin. Baina elebitasunaz aparte, gero eta gehiago direnez pertsona batek ikasten dituen hizkuntzak, elebitasunetik eleaniztasunera igarotzen ari garela esan genezake. Azken finean, gorago aipatutako bi hizkuntzekin batera, azken urteotan ingelesaren irakaskuntza nagusitzen hasi da. Beraz, hizkuntza gizakiok komunikatzeko eta besteekin erlazionatzeko dugun oinarrizko tresna den aldetik, hauen irakaskuntza eta ikaskuntza aztertzen da, Nafarroan batez ere. Honekin batera, Erkidego horretako hainbat haur elebidunei ikerketa bat egin zaie, haien hizkuntza gaitasunak eta hauen garatze prozesuak aztertzearren. Gainera, eleaniztasunaren inguruan guraso batzuei egindako elkarrizketak ere aurki ditzakegu bertan, hauen iritziak ezagutu eta bertatik ondorioak ateratzeko aukerarekin.

These days, in our society as in many others, the significance of bilingualism is great. In fact, in many societies around the world more than one language is spoken. A clear example of this, along with other countries, is Navarre. In the Autonomous Region, Spanish and Basque are simultaneously studied, with the aim of educating bilingual students. Besides focusing on the bilingualism, as the number of languages that a person learns is increasing, we could considerate that we are moving from the bilingualism to the multilingualism. In short, along with the two languages mentioned above, English teaching has increased in recent years. Therefore, being the language the basic tool we humans use to communicate and interact with others, I will analyze the teaching and learning of these, mainly in Navarra. Along with this, I will carry out research on several bilingual children from this region, to analyze their language skills and their development processes. Moreover, in essay, conversations about multilingualism can be found with some parents, with the option to make their views known and draw conclusions.
