Enpatia, jokabide prosoziala eta jokabide agresiboa

Abstract

En este trabajo he estudiado la empatía, la conducta prosocial y la conducta agresiva atendiendo a su conceptualización, a sus diversos puntos de vista, a los factores que influyen en su desarrollo y las diferencias respecto a la edad y al sexo. Les he otorgado especial importancia a la familia y a la escuela porque son los contextos de socialización más importantes en edades tempranas. Además, he destacado el papel que tiene la empatía en el ámbito moral porque favorece la conducta prosocial e inhibe la conducta agresiva. Para comprobarlo, he propuesto un proyecto de investigación, cuyo objetivo es analizar la relación positiva de la empatía y la conducta prosocial y la relación negativa de la empatía con la conducta agresiva. Finalmente, he planteado la necesidad de que la escuela conceda más importancia a los aspectos emocionales, al fomento de las conductas prosociales y a la reducción de las conductas agresivas.

Lan honetan, enpatia, jokabide prosoziala eta jokabide agresiboa izan ditut hizpide, haien kontzeptualizazioa, ikuspegi ezberdinak, hauen garapenean eragina duten faktoreak eta sexu eta adin ezberdintasunak aztertzeko aukera izanik. Familiari eta eskolari garrantzia berezia aitortu diet, adin goiztiarretan sozializazio eremurik garrantzitsuenak direlako. Gainera, enpatiak alderdi moralean jokatzen duen papera azpimarratu dut, jokabide prosoziala sustatzeko lagungarria delako eta jokabide agresiboa murrizten duelako. Baieztapen hori frogatzeko, enpatia, jokabide prosoziala eta jokabide agresiboa neurtzen dituen ikerketa proiektu baten proposamena luzatu dut, bere helburua enpatiak jokabide prosozialarekin duen harreman positiboa eta jokabide agresiboarekin duen harreman negatiboa aztertzea izanik. Azkenik, eskolak alderdi emozionalari eta jokabide prosozialak sustatzeari zein jokabide agresiboak murrizteari garrantzi gehiago ematearen beharra plazaratu dut.

Empathy, prosocial behaviour and agressive behaviour have been the subject of this work, having the opportunity of seeing their conceptualization, different points of view, the factors that have influence on their development and gender and age differences. I have given special importance to family and school because they are the most important socialising spaces for children in their early years. In addition, I have emphasized the role empathy has on moral aspects because it is very useful to encourage all the prosocial behaviour and to reduce aggressive behaviour. In order to justify this affirmation, I have proposed a research project of which aim is to analyze the positive relationship that empathy has with prosocial behaviour and the negative relationship it has on aggressive behaviour. Finally, I have proposed the request of the need of giving more importance at school to encouraging affective aspect, prosocial behaviour and reducing aggressive behaviour.
