Máquina medidora de rodamientos AJ

El proyecto va a consistir en una máquina que estoy desarrollando con la empresa que estoy haciendo las prácticas curriculares, Automatizaciones Lamuce S.L. La máquina fue encargada por SKF CHINA. Esa máquina, como su nombre indica, consiste en medir la tolerancia de los aros interiores AJ del rodamiento BTH‐1222‐A con respecto a un anillo exterior de un rodamiento patrón. Se mide la tolerancia en micras entre ambos y con esa medida el operario clasifica el rodamiento con otros aros con esa misma tolerancia. Para la máquina voy a necesitar 5 cilindros neumáticos, un moto‐reductor y una sonda analógica que nos dará la medida del rodamiento.

This dissertation consists of a machine developed in the company, where the autor has performed his final degree’s work placement: Automatizaciones Lamuce, S.L. The machine has been ordered by the multinational SKF China. This machine, as it is described by its name, measures the tolerance of the inner ring AJ of the bearing BTH‐1222‐A with respect to the outer ring of a pattern bearing. The tolerance in micrometers is measured between both rings and, using this value, the operator classifies the bearing with other rings of this same tolerance. In order to design the mentioned machine some parts are needed, such as 5 pneumatic cylinders, a geared motor and an analogic sensor, which provides with the measure of the bearing.
