Abstract
The present project aims to develop a computational tool that allows easy and flexible thermodynamic analysis of heat pump systems. Prior to this, it is necessary to have a thorough knowledge of the operation and components of the circuits involved, which in this case are heat pump cooling circuits. The program developed manages to collect all the data measured during a test and automatically solve the necessary thermodynamic equations. Then, a customized report is generated that summarizes in a detailed but very clear way the results obtained with the measurements and the equations. In addition, the tool includes an interactive screen to compare two different tests in which the user can analyze in table or graphic form any parameter at any minute of the tests. In addition to the main software, other auxiliary tools are created for functions that can be used independently as well. The ultimate goal of this work is to facilitate the selection of components for the optimization of heat pump systems, providing the user with a thorough report of the tests conducted.
