Abstract

The objective of this project is to design the process system of a canned asparagus and pepper industry. The project is located on plot 270 of industrial park 2, Lodosa, Navarre. The total production of the company will be 770 tons, 470 of which will be destined to canned pepper and 300 will be destinated to the production of canned asparagus. Within the production of pepper, 150 tons are destined to the production of piquillo peppers Appellation of Origin ”Pimiento del Piquillo de Lodosa” and within the production of asparagus, 100 tons are destined to the production of asparagus, Specific Appellation “Espárrago de Navarra”. There are also calculated the refrigeration and piping installations of the industry.
