Implantación de vehículos de guiado automático (AGV) en el flujo de producto terminado en la planta de Faurecia

El objeto del siguiente proyecto consiste en la implantación de un Sistema de Guiado Automático-Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) al flujo de producto terminado, en la empresa Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies Pamplona S.L. situada en el polígono industrial de la localidad de Orkoien (Navarra), perteneciente al grupo Faurecia. Este tipo de sistema se enmarca en el objetivo del grupo de conseguir la mayor digitalización posible de sus plantas y así poder automatizar los procesos productivos y optimizar sus recursos.

The objective of this PROJECT is to institute automatic guided vehicles (AGV) in the finish good flow of Faurecia’s factory in Orkoien (Navarra). This project belongs to the Digitalization Plan established by Faurecia Group in order to not only automate but improve all the industrial processes taking part of their plants. This project is carried out by the PC&L department, responsible for guaranteeing the flow of materials in the plant. This project consists of the following parts: • Analysis of the current method of transporting the finish good product and setting up the problems caused by this method. • Introduce the AGV, the components and complements required for the correct operation • Adaptation accomplished in the storehouse and the production lines so as to adjust the installation to the plant • Analysis of the problems appeared during the installation and giving solutions for them The purpose of this project is to gain security in the process, adapt the process to the standards of the group and reduce the waste of time from the actual method.
