Abstract
Internal communication plays an important role in workers’ job satisfaction; however, it is not an easy task to deal with for companies. This project explains the specific case of Volkswagen (VW) Navarra at the moment when the company was facing an internal communication problem. One of the objectives is to analyze the opinion of VW Navarra’s employees in relation to the different communication media and channels already implemented by the company. To achieve it, I designed and launched a questionnaire to workers of this company in order to gather primary data on the subject. After collecting the data, the present study statistically analyses it in an attempt to evaluate the extent to which the company is moving in the right direction as well as to be able to make some suggestions for continuous improvement.
