Evaluación de riesgos en una explotación vinícola

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la realización de una evaluación de riesgos en una explotación vitivinícola. Para ello, se describen las diferentes tareas que realiza un viticultor a lo largo del año en el viñedo y menciona e ilustra la diferente maquinaria que se necesita para desempeñar las labores correctamente. Siguiendo el método binario establecido por el Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, se analizan y estiman los diferentes riesgos que existen en la explotación para, posteriormente, incorporar medidas de seguridad y protección que deben cumplirse para evitar la ocurrencia de accidentes laborales. Durante el año 2020, la agricultura fue el único sector económico de Navarra que aumentó el número de víctimas mortales respecto a 2019, pasando de 1 a 4 los trabajadores fallecidos. Por ello, esta evaluación sirve de aliciente para concienciar a los viticultores sobre el cumplimiento de las medidas de prevención y protección. El viticultor evaluado está sometido principalmente a un riesgo de inhalación de los productos fitosanitarios, cuyas medidas preventivas son el uso de los equipos de protección adecuados y tener la formación necesaria para su aplicación. Así mismo, está expuesto al riesgo de atrapamiento producido por la manipulación de la toma de fuerza cardan en cuyo caso, tendrá que poseer el certificado CE.

The objective of this work is to carry out a risk assessment in a vineyard. To do this, the different tasks that a winegrower throughout the year in the vineyard are described and the different machinery that is needed to carry out the tasks correctly is mentioned and illustrated. Following the binary method established by the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work, the different risks that exist on the farm are analyzed and estimated to subsequently incorporate safety and protection measures that must be met to prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents. During 2020, agriculture was the only economic sector of Navarra that increased the number of fatalities compared to 2019, going from 1 to 4 workers who died. For this reason, this evaluation serves as an incentive to make wine growers aware of compliance with prevention and protection measures. The evaluated viticulturist is mainly subjected to a risk of inhalation of phytosanitary products, whose preventive measures are the use of adequate protection equipment and have the necessary training for its application. Likewise, it is exposed to the risk of entrapment produced by the manipulation of the cardan power take-off case, in which it will have to have the CE certificate.
