En un primer momento, la regulación sobre esta materia estaba destinada a la lucha contra un terrorismo que podíamos denominar como “nacional”. Sin embargo, esta regulación cambia de forma radical con la reciente reforma introducida por la Ley Orgánica 2/2015, de 30 de marzo, inspirada en los nuevos fenómenos terroristas de corte Yihadista, que están causando el terror y la inseguridad en la sociedad. Como resultado hemos obtenido una legislación antiterrorista fuertemente endurecida y restrictiva de los derechos y garantías que nos dota nuestra norma fundamental, la Constitución Española. De esta forma, he querido mostrar la expansión que configura la actual legislación antiterrorista a través del análisis de un caso reciente de enaltecimiento del terrorismoThe purpose of this research work is to analyze the evolution of anti - terrorist legislation that Spain has experienced since its introduction in the Penal Code of 1995. At first, the regulation on this matter was destined to the fight against terrorism that we could denominate as "national". However, this regulation changes radically with the recent reform introduced by Organic Law 2/2015, of March 30th, inspired by the new Jihadist terrorism movement, which is causing terror and insecurity in society.
