In order to do this, it has been tried to see what is the origin and thus cause of such terms and how they are regulated going gradually from the most general at the beginning to the most particular at the end. Firstly, it talks about the loan agreement, including all elements that comprise it with their own characteristics. Later, the emphasis is on the content of the contract, the general contracting conditions, which form what is called the adhesion contract. Then, unfair terms and the ones that usually appear on the mortgage loan contracts are defined. To conclude the study, it has been reviewed the famous "Aziz case".
