Se estudia el marco jurídico que habilita a un empleador a someter a un análisis médico a los candidatos a ocupar el puesto en el proceso selectivo. Se profundiza en la finalidad que legitima dichos controles y en sus condiciones y límites. Una vez analizada la normativa genérica se desciende al análisis particular de la problemática de los trabajadores que desempeñan funciones de policía y seguridad, más concretamente en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra.This degree thesis aims to analyze the practice of medical examinations in the selective processes prior to the hiring of a worker. In concrete the legal framework which enables an employer to undergo a medical analysis the candidates to fill the position in the selection process, there is no prior contractual relationship, and that the conclusions of the report of the medical analyses determine the recruitment of the worker.
