Desde la época clásica hasta la actualidad se ha visto la necesidad de educar de manera integral al ser humano, pero hasta hace una década, no se le da el nombre de educación holística tal y como la entendemos actualmente. En el contexto europeo, a pesar de no haber tenido gran impacto a nivel de práctica educativa, se aprecia que tras la publicación del informe Delors (1997), en esencia, es considerada como la educación para el siglo XXI. En este trabajo presentaremos una propuesta didáctica conforme a los principios de la educación holística con el objetivo de formar personas libres, críticas y auténticasThe aim of the holistic education it is to educate the human in a comprehensive way, in all the aspects, such as physical, biological, spiritual, intellectual and emotional. From the classic era to nowadays we have seen the importance of developing a comprehensive education but until ten years ago we did not know as holistic education as we actually know. In Europe context in spite of having had a big impact in the educative practice, we can appreciate that after the Delor´s report publication in 1997 it´s considered as the XXI century education.
