La escuela es una de las instituciones más importantes en la vida del menor, la cual, tiene como objetivo, además de educar, proteger al menor. Dentro del centro educativo los docentes tienen asignadas unas funciones y deberes para posibilitar los derechos del alumnado. Además, en este TFG se abordarán conceptos como la Educación Emocional, la Educación Respetuosa así como, la ética y la deontología docente. Así mismo, se expondrán algunos casos que acontecieron en un centro educativo y se realizará un análisis de cada caso, repensando la actuación docente que se llevó a cabo teniendo en cuenta, las características del menor y replanteando dichas intervenciones docentes desde la normativa vigente y desde los objetivos educativos en la etapa de Primaria. Finalmente, concluiré conectando lo realizado con los objetivos del trabajo y mencionaré las dificultades y los aprendizajes adquiridos a lo largo de este proceso así como detallando lo que consideran que son aspectos indispensables para una buena labor docente.This dissertation first of all provides a theoretical basis on the right of minors to be protected and all the regulations that establish it. The school is one of the most important institutions in a child's life, whose objective, in addition to educating, is to protect the child. Within the educational centre, teachers have certain functions and duties assigned to them in order to make the rights of the students possible. In addition, this TFG will deal with concepts such as Emotional Education, Respectful Education as well as teaching ethics and deontology. Likewise, some cases that took place in an educational centre will be presented and an analysis of each case will be carried out, rethinking the teaching action that was carried out taking into account the characteristics of the child and rethinking these teaching interventions from the current regulations and from the educational objectives at the primary school stage.
