La interrelación entre las normas de Derecho Internacional Público y Privado, en materia de deporte, permite un atractivo estudio acerca de su aplicabilidad e influencia sobre los requisitos de admisión que las nuevas Federaciones deben cumplir para ser miembros de las asociaciones deportivas internacionales. A su vez, abre la posibilidad de observar la evolución y cambios relevantes en las normas de las organizaciones FIFA y UEFA relativas al concepto de considerar a los deportistas profesionales como trabajadores que realizan una actividad económica. The interrelation between the rules of Public and Private International Law, in the field of sport, allows an attractive study about its applicability and influence on the admission requirements that the new Federations must fulfill to be members of the international sports associations. In turn, it opens the possibility of observing developments and relevant changes in the rules of the FIFA and UEFA organizations regarding the concept of considering professional athletes as workers engaged in an economic activity.
