Se ha realizado un estudio de la eficiencia energética actual del edificio con el programa CE3X, y se han calculado los consumos actuales de calefacción y ACS. Tras el estudio de la situación actual, se han propuesto una serie de medidas de mejora de la eficiencia del edificio. Se han estudiado las medidas pasivas (medidas que actúan sobre la envolvente) y medidas activas (que actúan sobre la instalación térmica). Se ha realizado un nuevo estudio de la eficiencia energética del edificio tras implantar dichas medidas, para poder compararlo con el anterior y ver el porcentaje de mejora que se alcanza. Finalmente, se ha realizado un estudio de la inversión económica del proyecto así como su amortización, y se ha valorado la viabilidad económica del mismo.In this document is shown the energetic auditory of a building of 104 flats in Azpilagaña (Pamplona, Navarra). The study of the actual energetic efficiency has been done with CE3X software and the use of heating and ACS has been calculated too. After having analyzed the current situation, there has been suggested some indications to increase the eficiency of the building. There are two types of measures which have been studied: passive’s measures (measures which take part with the thermal enclosure) and active’s measures (measures which perform over the thermal installation). In addition, an economical study of the inversion has been carried out after having introduced these measures. Besides, we have compared this study with the previous one to foresee the percentage of improvement that we can be reached. Finally a report of the economical inversion of the project and the amortization of it has been carried out.
