Our aim was to determine the association between adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines during adolescence and premature mortality 26-27 years later. This aim was based on existing evidence3 suggesting a potential link between meeting these guidelines and reduced mortality risk among adults in an 11-year follow-up.application/pdfeng© 2025 Published by Elsevier B.V. on behalf of Shanghai University of Sport.
