Para ello, se realiza un estudio desde el origen del estrés por factores de riesgo psicosocial, que es el estrés laboral, el uso del teletrabajo y las consecuencias del teletrabajo en los docentes. Además, se realiza una encuesta a los docentes del Colegio Santa Ana para analizar como el estrés docente este asociado en gran parte a los factores psicosociales originados por el confinamiento, el distanciamiento social, el temor a contraer la enfermedad que presentan los encuestados.The main objective of this work is to know the levels of stress suffered by teachers as a result of the home confinement due to COVID-19 and the form of online teaching. To this end, a study is carried out from the origin of stress due to psychosocial risk factors, which is work stress, the use of telework and the consequences of teleworking in teachers.
