Por otra parte, el objetivo principal del trabajo será ver cómo influyen algunas características del trabajador (género, edad, categoría de trabajo…) a la hora de participar en el sistema, presentar sugerencias viables que aporten ahorros, el número de sugerencias que presenta y los ahorros de sus sugerencias. Para ello se van a utilizar una serie de técnicas estadísticas y econométricas que nos den las respuestasOn one hand, the aim of this work is to explain how the suggestion system of Volkswagen Navarra is and how it is articulated. In addition, the project has the purpose of illustrating how the submission process of suggestions is, since a worker presents an improvement idea until, he/she receive a response about if his/her proposal is or not a good one.
