This way, a wider knowledge on this area will be helpful in following researches, as well as in the design of textiles for clothing or other applications. Separated in two parts, one dedicated to air permeability and the other one to heat transfer, the obtained results of a research made with a CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamics) software are presented, focusing mainly in the addition of porosity in the fabric yarns, but also studying the differences in the behavior according to several geometric characteristics. This thesis continues the research that Technical University of Sofia is doing in both textiles and thermodynamics areas, following several investigations made and serving as a base for present and future academic investigations.application/pdfengComputer fluid dynamicsWoven structured textilesAir permeabilityHeat transferCFD based modelling of air permeability and heat transfer through textile macrostructuresProyecto Fin de Carrera / Ikasketen Amaierako Proiektuainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAcceso abierto / Sarbide irekia
