A través del análisis de documentos del centro, bibliografía previa y entrevistas al profesorado se identifican las necesidades de este colectivo. El programa AVPA se ha diseñado para brindar apoyo escolar, adaptación al grupo y colaboración entre iguales, con horarios flexibles y garantizando la inclusión académica del alumnado. Se enfoca en el idioma y la adaptación social, promoviendo la adquisición progresiva del idioma y asignando voluntarios afines para facilitar la adaptación. A pesar de las limitaciones, como la no implementación del programa por falta de tiempo, este trabajo pretende contribuir a mejorar la inclusión y enriquecimiento cultural del alumnado migrante en el centro educativo.This Final Degree Dissertation (TFG) analyzes the situation of migrant students in an educational center in Pamplona and proposes the volunteer program: “Volunteer Students for Aid, AVPA” to improve their inclusion and cultural enrichment. Through the analysis of center documents, previous literature and interviews with teachers the needs of this group are identified. The AVPA program has been designed to provide academic support, group adaptation, and peer collaboration, with flexible schedules and guaranteeing the academic inclusion of students. It focuses on language and social adaptation promoting the progressive acquisition of the language and assigning like-minded volunteers to facilitate adaptation.
