Es importante que los niños puedan crear un aprendizaje significativo y que los docentes sepan actuar al detectar los errores conceptuales, además de ofrecerles las herramientas cognitivas necesarias para una construcción adecuada del conocimiento. El punto de partida se encuentra en el primer contacto del niño con la institución educativa: la Educación Infantil. El ambiente de trabajo es primordial en este camino. Se debe propiciar que éste sea un lugar positivo, de confianza, participativo y donde el niño se sienta seguro. Es necesario que la escuela ayude a configurar mentes bien organizadas y creativas.
