Ventura Beunza, Itziar2016-08-252021-07-012016https://academica-e.unavarra.es/handle/2454/21516Este trabajo lleva a cabo un estudio comparativo del tratamiento que las guerras españolas contemporáneas han recibido en los manuales de texto desde 1939 hasta la actualidad. Se busca conocer si los contenidos temáticos de los libros han sufrido variaciones durante este periodo de tiempo y si estos han obedecido más a los cambios propuestos por los currículos o a la influencia de las nuevas corrientes historiográficas. En la realización de dicho estudio se han utilizado varios manuales de texto pertenecientes a la actualidad y a la época de la Transición así como el libro de Emilio Castillejo Mito, legitimación y violencia simbólica en los manuales escolares del franquismo (1936-1975) UNED, 2008, Madrid, para los manuales de la época franquista. El análisis muestra que el avance ha sido muy destacado en el caso de la Guerra Civil pero que los otros conflictos siguen presentándose desde un ángulo exclusivamente político-bélico ignorando los costos humanos. Así mismo se echa de menos referencias a lo que supone la idea de Europa.This work carries out a comparative study of treatment that Spanish contemporary wars have received in textbooks from 1939 to the present day. It seeks to know whether the thematic content of the books have undergone changes during this period and if so, if they have obeyed more to the changes proposed by the curriculum or to the influence of new historiography tendencies. In order to perform this activity, several textbooks belonging to the present and the Transition have been used, as well as the book of Emilio Castillejo, Myth, legitimation, and symbolic violence in school textbooks of Franco (1936-1975) UNED, 2008, Madrid, for the Franco manual years. The analysis shows that the progress has been very prominent in the case of the Civil War while the other conflicts are still being treated from a politic and military point of view, completely ignoring human costs.
