Therefore the question arises as to what extent the accuracy of gully monitoring using photogrammetric technique depends on gully morphology. The objective of this work is to investigate this issue. To do that, we confront field measurements of cross-sectional areas of gullies with contrasting morphology with a similar dataset obtained using photogrammetry.
