Para ello se estudiará el código de conducta al que está sometido el profesional, la diligencia con la que debe actuar conforme a la lex artis y las diferentes responsabilidades -que puede ser contractual o extracontractual- según la naturaleza de la relación, así como los elementos de necesaria concurrencia que dan lugar a la responsabilidad. En último lugar se estudiará la determinación del daño causado por la negligencia del Graduado Social, con especial atención a la pérdida de oportunidad.This project's main goal is to analyse, from a conceptual point of view, the regime of civil responsibility to which the Social Graduates are subject. For that purpose, the code of conduct to which the professional is subject will be studied, as well as the diligence with which he must act in accordance with the lex artis. In addition, an analysis will be conducted on the different responsibilities -which may be contractual or extracontractual- depending on the nature of the relationship, as well as the elements of necessary concurrence that give rise to liability.
