It analyzes the benefits of the system for the plant; cost savings, production and efficiency improvements, and for the employees; optimization of the working place and individual recognition. On the other hand, it explains the problems of the system and how the Suggestion Workshop eliminates most of them. The evaluation guideline emerges from this Workshop, as a way to evaluate the suggestions objectively and orienting them to the critical points of the plant and the improvements that generate value added.
