Desconocido2025-04-252025-04-252019https://academica-e.unavarra.es/handle/2454/54020In this module we talk about the feminisation of labour due to the content and conditions of current work, which stem from the characteristics of the work traditionally assigned to women in a double sense: First, the traditional conditions of women's jobs are extended to all jobs: flexibility, vulnerability, availability, adaptability, versatility, precariousness, ... Secondly, the affective and relational component of care work assigned to women becomes central in the production of benefits in organisations. But this feminisation does not imply, as we have seen, that women are present on an equal footing in the labour market, which continues to be led by men, whom impose masculine styles and characteristics.application/pdfengCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)Gender equalityEqual opportunitiesNew educational methodsOpen and distance learningHistory of feminismGender stereotypesGender diversityHorizontal segregrationGender gay gapWomen in Power.
