Osasuna eta segurtasuna lanean: komitearen eragina prestakuntzan

Abstract

Gure lanean prebentzioan ematen den prestakuntzari buruz hitz egingo dugu eta enpresetan sortu daitekeen Segurtasun eta Osasun Komitearen eragina arlo honetan aztertuko dugu. Esan behar dugu garrantzitsua iruditu zaigula prebentzioan ematen den prestakuntza aztertzea, prebentzio arloan oso garrantzitsua delako, eta lan istripuak ekiditeko ezinbestekoa delako. 31/1995 prebentzio legeak kontzeptu hauen inguruan dioena aztertuko dugu marko teorikoan, prestakuntza hau noren betebeharra den aztertzeko eta zerbitzu prebentibo ezberdinak ezagutzeko. Marko honetan ere sindikatuek langileak prestatzeko zer egiten duten aztertuko dugu. ENGE inkesta erabiliko dugu praktikoki, enpresan prestakuntza ematerako orduan zein aldagaiek duten eragina aztertuz, sektore eta tamaina desberdinetako datuak begiratuz. Baita enpresetan parte hartzen duten kolektibo gehiagori ematerako orduan Komiteak eragina duen ikusteko. In this project we will deal with prevention training and we will look at the effect that Health and Safety Committees have within companies. We must emphasise the importance of analysing the training done on prevention, since this is very important in this field, to avoid workplace accidents. We will use the theoretical part of the 31/1995 law, in order to analyse whose responsibility it is to provide this training and to know the different preventive services that are available. We will also analyse what the trade unions do to train the workers. In practice, we will use the ENGE survey, analysing which variables are taken into account when giving the training, looking at different sectors and business sizes. We will also investigate the effect that the Comitee has on the rest of the groups participating in the company To finish, we will analyse the data and we will conclude that the Health and Safety Committee is important in order to provide training, and that this has a positive effect. We will see that from all the variables analysed, this will be the most remarkable one. But we will also notice that although the companies should create a Committee if there are more than 50 workers, this is not always the case
