| dc.description.abstract | This project explains in detail what a suggestion system is and which is the structure and operation of it in Volkswagen Navarra S.A. It is also explained in a more general context how and why suggestion systems were created and its benefits, and what does it suppose for car manufacturers as businesses (cost savings, efficiency, and productivity) and for people as employees (motivation, engagement, self-actualization). It is also described the requirements for a good suggestion system. In the second part the systematization of innovation within Volkswagen Navarra is detailed. It is explained the course to follow towards that systematization and how would be the management of those innovative ideas.
