Prevención de la violencia: El fenómeno Bullying

Abstract

La finalidad de este trabajo es indagar y profundizar en el fenómeno bullying para posteriormente poder prevenir éste en las aulas de Educación Primaria a través de un programa aplicado en tercer ciclo. Se inicia con el estudio de las características principales del bullying, dando importancia a los agentes que participan. En segundo lugar, se enmarca el acoso entre iguales en la sociedad actual, es decir, se analiza cuáles son las características de nuestra sociedad que propician el surgimiento de dicho fenómeno. En tercer lugar, se trata la figura del profesorado y la formación que este debe tener para la prevención del bullying. En cuarto lugar, se estudia el conflicto y las existentes tecinas para prevenir y resolver éste. Y finalmente, se desarrolla un Programa para Prevención del Bullying en Educación Primaria, cuyo objetivo es abordar tres ámbitos claves: las relaciones, las emociones y el clima de clase

The goal of this paperwork is to inquire into the phenomenon known as “Bullying”, in order to better prevent it in Elementary School with a specific program. First, it begins with the study of the main features of bullying, focusing on its participating agents. Secondly, it moves on to the harassment of equals in our current society, for which it analyzes the social characteristics that give rise to this phenomenon of bullying. Third, it features the figure of teachers and the preparation that should acquire to prevent bullying. Fourth, it examines the conflict and the existing methods to solve it. And, finally, it develops a Preventive Program of Bullying in Elementary School, whose goal is to tackle 3 key aspects: relationships, emotions and classroom environment
