dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this Project is to study different solutions of Air-­‐Conditioning, to implement the optimal selection of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-­‐Conditioning), and meet the needs of the facilities under study, with the greatest possible energy savings. This will be done in every moment following the current regulations. The project will have two main characteristics: • The best possible energy efficiency, taking into account the following aspects: energy efficiency of thermal production equipment and fluid transport equipment, energy recovery and optimal control and regulation systems. • The best possible Indoor Air Qualit (IAQ) regarding temperature, humidity, cleanliness and air movement. This project is carried out to solve the malaise generated in sports facilities of A.D. San Juan, caused by the lack of a HVAC system • Air-­‐Conditioning: mechanic control of the conditions of a space to keep under control its, its temperature, humidity and air quality • ATU: Air Treatment Unit • Fan-­‐Coil: device formed by batteries or heat exchangers. Part of air conditioning systems. • Multipurpose heat pump: able to satisfy simultaneously and independently all the demands of cooling, heating and DHW • Heat load: amount of thermal energy per unit of time that an enclosed area exchanges with the outside due to the different hygrothermal conditions inside and outside.en
