Eskola jarrera desbideratuen prebentzioaren agente gisa

Abstract

Eskola eta familia haurraren garapen kognitibo-emozional egokia lortzeko oinarrizko instituziotzat hartuz, prozesua zailtzen duten eta era zeharkatuan jarrera desbideratuak baita biolentoak ere, etorkizunean jarrera deliktiboetan deribatu daitezkeenak, sor ditzaketen aldagai eta alderdiak aztertu dira. Instituzio hauek gure testuinguru soziokulturalean arazo honen prebentzioa aurrera eramaterako orduan eskuragarri dituzten baliabideak aztertu dira, orain arte hartutako neurriak eraginkorrak baina nahikoak ez direla determinatuz. Aparteko arreta ipini da Iruñeko kasuan Udaltzaingoaren eta hezkuntza instituzioek garatzen duten erlazioan, gure testuinguru espezifikoan aurrera eramaten diren jokabide eta esperientziak gertutik ezagutzeko helburuarekin. Baliabide hauen hobekuntzan laguntzeko asmoz, gure testuinguruan aplikagarria den prebentzio proposamena sortu da.

Considerando a la escuela y la familia como instituciones base para un correcto desarrollo cognitivo-emocional del niño, se han analizado los diferentes factores y variables que dificultan el proceso y que de manera indirecta promueven conductas desviadas o incluso violentas, las cuales pueden llegar a derivar en futuras acciones delictivas. Se han estudiado los diferentes recursos de los que disponen estas instituciones a la hora de prevenir este problema en nuestro ámbito socio-cultural, determinando así que los caminos y medidas tomadas hasta ahora son eficientes pero no suficientes. Se ha prestado especial atención a la relación que se establece entre las instituciones policiales y educativas en el caso de Pamplona, con el objetivo de conocer de cerca la experiencia y las formas de proceder en nuestro contexto más específico. Con el fin de contribuir en el proceso de mejora de estos recursos, se ha generado una propuesta de prevención aplicable a nuestro entorno.

Considering school and family as the basic institutions for a child’s proper emotional and cognitive development, we have analyzed the different factors and variables that complicate this process and can indirectly lead to deflected and even violent behaviour, and to possible criminal activity in the future. The different resources that have both institutions to prevent this problem in our social cultural area we also have studied. We have found that the present measures employed to date are efficient but not sufficient. We have focused our study on the relationship between Pamplona’s police office force and education institutions. The objective of our work has been to have a clearer, first hand view of different experiences and ways of working within our specific context. With the aim of assisting in the improvement of these resources we have created a “Prevention Proposal” applicable to our area of study.
