Navarra Paddle Federation (FNP) is experiencing rapid growth in recent years also trying to
improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to estimate the
efficiency of different tournaments in the Navarra paddle circuit since 2010. The
methodology applied is based on the non-parametric technique of data envelopment
analysis, DEA. The basis of this method and some theoretical background is also discussed
throughout the work. The results show the tournaments organized in a more efficient
manner, and those found to be relatively less effective, besides trying to give some tips for
improvement in these last that are less efficient. [--]
