Implantación de SMED en célula de inyección

Abstract

Si preguntáramos a cualquier persona cuál cree que es el objetivo primordial de cualquier empresa, casi con total seguridad, la mayoría de ellos dirán, que es el dinero. Y si, además, les preguntamos cual creen que es la mejor forma de ahorrar dinero, probablemente nos dirán, que es ahorrar tiempo. El proyecto SMED se basa en esta teoría, reducir el tiempo de cambio de molde, con el fin de reducir los stocks y la saturación del operario, lo cual se traduce directamente en un ahorro económico para la empresa. En los últimos años, durante el periodo de crisis, se ha hecho indispensable reducir los gastos en todos los sectores, por este motivo se han producido grandes avances en este tipo de proyectos. Creo que estos proyectos tienen un fuerte componente social, ya que, requieren una elevada formación a los operarios y es muy importante mantener todas y cada una de las mejoras implantadas tras la finalización del proyecto, sino, se volverá una vez más al estado inicial y todo el esfuerzo no habrá servido para nada

If we ask anyone witch they think is the most important target for a business, mostly sure, they are going to say that it is earning money. And if we continue asking witch they think is the best way to earn money, they are going to say that it is saving or not wasting time. This SMED project is based in this theory, reduce the mold changing time, with the target of reduce the stocks and the operator saturation, which is directly translated to saving money for the business. In the last years, during the crisis period, has become more important to reduce the money spent in every sectors, for this reason this kind of projects has become more and more important for the business. I think that this projects have a very important social component, since they require a high training to the operators and is very important to maintain each and every improvement after the finalization of the project, if not, we will be one more time in the beginning part and all our efforts wont served any purpose
