Encuentros con la alteridad e identidades múltiples

Abstract

La pretensión de estas páginas no es revisitar las teorías sobre el otro, la alteridad, presentes en las religiones universalistas, ni tampoco analizar teorías filosóficas del otro, como las de Buber, Heidegger, Levinas o Ricoeur, o teorías sociológicas como las de G. H. Mead o Ch. H. Cooley, sino más bien dar cuenta de las diversas tramas de significado implicadas en la facticidad de las distintas variedades de encuentros con el otro, tratando de comprenderlos interpretativamente.

The main aim of this paper is neither to rethink the religious theories of the concept of the Other, which are alive in the different World Religions, nor to analyze the philosophical theories of the Other, such as M. Buber´s, M. Heidegger´s, I. Levinas´s or P. Ricoeur´s theories, nor the sociological theories such as those of G. H. Mead or Ch H. Cooley, but to analyze the different plots of meaning intertwined in the facticity of several proto-typical encounters with the Other trying to understand them from a hermeneutical point of view.
