Resumen
In this paper a new method to design a
transition from coaxial waveguide to a loaded double
ridge waveguide is proposed. This method allows the use
of the large frequency bandwidth ridge waveguides
present. In the example shown, a reflection coefficient
smaller than -10dB is obtained in a fractional bandwidth
of 250% (f1-8*f1). The similarities between the dominant

ridge waveguides are the basis of this design method.
The complete transition is made up through an
intermediate transition to microstrip waveguide.
