Estudio de una posible automatización en una línea del sector automovilístico

Abstract

El presente proyecto parte de la necesidad básicamente de aumentar la producción y reducir los costes de una línea de montaje del sector del automóvil. En esta línea, concretamente se fabrica uno de los componentes del tubo de escape de los automóviles. Se trata del momento adecuado para plantear esta posible automatización, ya que en el curso del año actual se ha comenzado a producir tres referencias para la nueva plataforma del grupo Volkswagen, MQBA0, por la cual se busca la reusabilidad de los componentes de un automóvil en diferentes modelos. Lo cual reduce el número total de referencias diferentes a producir. Así pues, para justificar la posible viabilidad del proyecto se hará un análisis comparativo (entre datos actuales y futuras estimaciones) en lo referente a layout, estudio de tiempos, producción y demanda, costes. Además, se señalarán posibles variaciones o cambios en la línea

The present project is based basically on the need of increasing production and reducing the cost of an assembly line in the automotive industry. The line produces one of the components of the automotive exhaust pipe. The company has raise this possible automation of the line, due to the start of the production of the new references belonging to the platform MQB in the current year. The aim of this platform is to assure the reuse of the different component of a car. This reduces the total number of different references to produce.
