Abstract

The following project consist of the practical application of the 5S philosophy to the process of packaging glass with wood in the company GUARDIAN INDUSTRIES NAVARRA S.L. at their plant in Tudela. Due to the fragility of the glass is necessary to pack it with wood end caps to avoid breakages and damages during the transport. This process is called PICTURE FRAME and consists in bringing the glass to a folding table and putting on different packaging protections.
