Proyecto de sustitución de caldera de gasoil por caldera de biomasa en CIN Ochagavía

Abstract

El proyecto ha sido encargado por el Gobierno de Navarra, teniendo por objeto la instalación de una caldera de biomasa en el Centro de Interpretación de la Naturaleza (CIN) de Ochagavía, sustituyéndose la actual caldera de gasóleo del CIN.

Ante esto, el TFM tiene como objetivo la elaboración de dicho proyecto de sustitución de la caldera actual y el análisis de la disponibilidad de biomasa local a partir de datos de inventarios forestales, con la elaboración de un mapa de información geográfica.

Se realiza un estudio de alternativas posibles para realizar el proyecto, y se evalúan dichas alternativas desde el punto de vista de la sostenibilidad y sus tres pilares fundamentales (economía, medio ambiente y sociedad).

El resultado final es la instalación de una caldera de biomasa, la cual admite como combustible tanto pellet como astilla, de 101 kW de potencia nominal y capaz de suministrar el agua caliente empleada en el CIN para el sistema de calefacción.

También se diseña un silo de almacenamiento del combustible elegido (pellet), el sistema de llenado neumático de dicho silo, el sistema de alimentación de la caldera a través de un sinfín flexible y un nuevo conducto de evacuación de humos que se ajuste a la normativa y recomendaciones vigentes.

El proyecto tiene un presupuesto total de ejecución por contrata de 51.193,19 €

The project has been ordered by the Navarra's Government, with the purpose of installing a biomass boiler at the Nature Interpretation Center (CIN) of Ochagavía, replacing the current gasoil boiler.

In view of this, the objective of this TFM is the elaboration of that project in order to replace the current boiler and the analysis of the availability of local biomass from data of forest inventories.

At first, I did a study of possible alternatives to carry out the project, and these alternatives were evaluated from the point of view of sustainability and its three fundamental pillars (economy, environment and society).

The final result is the installation of a biomass boiler, which admits both pellet and wood chips as fuel, with a nominal power of 101 kW, and capable of supplying the hot water used in the CIN for the heating system.

A fuel storage silo for the pellet is also designed, a neumatic filling system, the boiler feeding system and a new smoke evacuation pipe that conforms to the regulations and current recommendations.

The project has a total contract budget of 51,193.19€
