Gestión de las Incapacidades Temporales con los archivos INSS-Empresas

Abstract

Cada vez más organizaciones emplean nuevas tecnologías y medios digitales para mejorar su productividad y competitividad. La evolución tecnológica y digital ha modificado su forma de trabajar, proporcionándoles medios para agilizar y simplificar sus procesos. Sin embargo, debido a la velocidad de dichos cambios, al desconocimiento sobre su utilidad y a los hábitos adquiridos por la gestión tradicional de los procesos, son pocas las empresas que aprovechan los últimos avances. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar la mejora en el proceso de trabajo que han supuesto los archivos FIE (INSS-Empresas), implantados recientemente en el Sistema RED de la Seguridad Social, en la gestión de las Incapacidades Temporales. Tomando como ejemplo la empresa Nordex, se compararán los procesos antes y después de su utilización, proponiendo finalmente una mejora que potencie su uso en el sistema SAP, y posibilite la gestión masiva de las incapacidades y suprimir el circuito de papel.

A growing number of organisations are using the new technologies and digital media in order to improve their productivity and competitively. The technological and digital advances have modified their way of working, enabling them with tools for a faster and simpler management. Nevertheless, due to the speed of these changes, to the lack of information about them, and to the habits acquired by being used to a more traditional management, few companies are taking advantage from these advances. The objective of this work is showing how the FIE files (INSS-Empresas files), recently developed in the RED system of the Social Security, have improve the management of the Temporary Invalidities. Using Nordex company as example, a comparison between the process before and after using them will be carried out, proposing finally, an improvement to enhance their use in SAP, easing the massive management of the incapacities and removing the paper flow.
