Abstract

En el sistema educativo actual, nos decantamos habitualmente por una concepción individualista que se basa en el egocentrismo que ignora los beneficios que podría acarrear consigo un conocimiento basado en la totalidad, la totalidad entendida como individuo, sociedad y naturaleza. En definitiva, un conocimiento más holístico. Es por ello, que el objetivo general de este proyecto ha sido el de insertar por primera vez a nivel nacional las terapias de baños del bosque en el sistema educativo en el alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales, con fin terapéutico y educativo. Para ello, participó una familia de cuatro miembros, el progenitor y sus tres hijos, con los cuales se ha llevado a cabo dicho propósito. Así mismo, al finalizar las sesiones, se les formularon diferentes cuestionarios adaptados para analizar de una forma cualitativa y cuantitativa el efecto ocasionado en ellos. En virtud de ello, se pudo comprobar el impacto positivo ocasionado en el bienestar a nivel personal y grupal, y en la sincronía creada a nivel familiar.
