Diseño de un sistema de depósito rodante para el transporte y filtrado de agua en zonas sin acceso al agua corriente.

Abstract

El presente proyecto se centra en el estudio y diseñó de un sistema de depósito rodante que nos permita transportar, al mismo tiempo que filtramos y purificamos agua para consumo humano, en zonas que no tienen acceso a agua corriente Este proyecto nos permitirá reducir el tiempo destinado por mujeres y niños en la labor de transporte de agua a las casas, permitiéndoles acudir regularmente a la escuela; y reducirá notablemente los contagios de enfermedades provocadas por el consumo de agua no potable. El estudio se centra en el “hippo-roller”, y en otros dispositivos existentes en la actualidad. A diferencia de ellos, nuestro proyecto permite ocupar y filtrar el 100% del volumen total de transporte.

The present project focuses on the study and design of a rolling tank system that allows usto transport, while filtering and purifying water for human consumption, in areas that do not have access to piped water. This project will enable us to reduce the time spent by women and children carrying water to their homes, allowing them to attend school regularly; and it will significantly reduce the spread of diseases caused by drinking unsafe water. The study focuses on the "hippo-roller" and other existing devices. Unlike them, our project allows 100% of the total transport volume to be occupied and filtered.
