Creativity can be analyzed from the person, determining his or her essential
characteristics; from the processes, identifying the mental operations that
sublie to the same one; from the products, valuing their originality and usefulness
and, finally, from the atmosphere, identifying the factors that facilitate or
disable its execution. Creativity questions the established and searches new
and better ways of educating and of doing things: it is a key factor for any innovation.
The process of innovation, in itself, seeks to develop and to apply the
new ideas proposed by the individuals. In consequence, and concerning now
to the companies, the productive competitiveness is the result of the action of
prepared and creative workers linked to the economic activity, business and
market. Therefore, the paradigm “creativity plus innovation means prosperity”,
is admissible. [--]
